Operations and Program Manager

Danielle Gaspar-Herrera serves as an Operations and Program Manager at the Health Improvement Partnership (HIP) of Santa Cruz County. She began her career in healthcare as a Patient Service Representative, where she learned her passion for helping underserved communities.

Danielle graduated from Fort Hays State University in 2021 with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Wellness, Promotion, and Fitness Programming. To further her professional goals in community health, she received a Master's Degree in Public Health Administration in 2022.

She loves to cook/bake, travel, and spend time with her husband & 4 border collies on their ranch (Stubbs, Chico, Doc, & Penny).
